The Center for the Book is located in the Special Collections Branch of the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Library System. School classes visit the Center and receive a presentation of the history of writing and books and a tour of the several replica printing presses, including a Gutenberg, owned by the Center. Thes…e presentations and tours are conducted by volunteer docents. Each child in the class is able to print a page on one of the presses, and has the opportunity to make their own book with materials provided by the Center
